Wow! An awesome Rumford fireplace for the ISBA student lounge!! Very majestic.
The students really came together on this project. It's amazing how fast 6 people can create a masterpiece! Chisels swingin' & mud mixin'.
The spring '06 class learned a lot from tool maintenance both electrical and manual, stone shaping and fitting, planning, research. These fellas will be able to build their own fireplaces! Breakin' rocks in the hot sun...... THE FINAL OUTCOME |  |
