This option is available only to those students who are enrolled in our full Semester Program. Students have the option of submitting their plans for consideration as the class project. Project plan considerations are based on timing (the sooner the better), design, do ability and the ability of the accepted student to pay for the project, materials and surcharge costs.

Typically, the U- Build student saves about 50% off of Contractor prices. As the student works on his/her house with the class, extra time can be devoted to personalized detailing and quality control. At the end of the Semester we package it up for you and assist in shipping. *Note we are limited to one or two project designs per semester.
